The Firm is led by L.B.Rai, who has behind him more than 25 years of experience in assisting and advising various national and multi-national clients including several Fortune 500 companies, on various aspects of contracts, commercial and contractual arbitrations, property laws; corporate laws including formation of company, joint ventures, merger, acquisitions, de-merger, laws pertaining to banking, securities, investments, investment structuring, SEBI (equivalent to SEC in USA) regulations, exchange control regulations, partnerships, customs, information technology, cyber laws, maritime and aviation, intellectual property, project finance, etc.
He has extensive experience in transaction structuring for cross-border transactions to include acquisitions, mergers, employee benefit schemes and tax efficiency. During his professional career he has also been involved in advising clients on international arbitrations with large claims and vexed issues pertaining to international laws.
He has also worked with two of the leading law firms’ in India and has also trained with one of the worlds larger firms at its office in the US.
Lalit Sinha (SR. Partner)
Lalit Sinha, has completed 40 years of extensive litigation practice specializing in corporate, financial and commercial litigation. He was General Manager Law in Multinational Firms. He is expert in Arbitration law and mostly dealing with arbitration matters.
He is conversant with drafting and negotiating contracts being supply contracts, engineering contracts, financing documents, participation contracts, etc. He has also been involved in reviewing and drafting claims, petitions and replies for court and arbitration proceedings.

KARTIK RAI (Senior Associate)
Kartik. Rai, has completed 7 years of extensive litigation practice specializing in corporate, financial and commercial litigation. He has been appearing before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, quasi-judicial and judicial Tribunals in and around the country for representative Clients.
A graduate of Amity Law School, Noida, Amity University, Kartik Rai has a holistic outlook with an ardent interest in arbitration law and in matters pertaining to Land Acquisition along with civil laws, consumer protection and negotiable instruments.
As a litigator, Kartik has been involved in a number of trials involving witness cross-examinations, evidence and statement recording. He has also appeared in matters pertaining to arbitration, civil suits, matrimonial matters, Negotiable Instrument act, Money laundering, at a variety of High Courts, District Courts and Tribunals in India. He has also appeared and assisted the Additional Solicitor General of India's office in Augusta Westland Money Laundering Matter, Arbitration matters.

ARUN UPADHYAY (Senior Associate)
Arun Upadhyay holds a bachelor of Art from Dr B. R. Ambedkar University Agra (2013) and studied three year law course at School of Law, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi (2016) and LL.M.(Distance) from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, Haryana.
Since 2016, Mr. Upadhyay has been a practicing advocate in the area of civil, commercial and criminal litigation , specifically, cases like recovery suit, tenancy, commercial, consumer disputes and matters related to Negotiable Instruments. Khilit Arora is Law Graduate from GGSIPU , New Delhi in year 2021. He handles litigation pertaining to Civil Laws, Criminal Laws and Arbitration Laws. He is in practice from last 2 years and is actively involved in Civil and Arbitration Proceeding.

Mr. Naveen Dedha, holds bachelor of Technology from Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam University, Lucknow (2015) and studied three year law course at Royal College of Law, Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut (2023).

Mr. Vineesh Tyagi, a Law graduate of UPES, Dehradun, currently enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi and is practicing before the Delhi High Court and District Courts of Delhi. Mr. Tyagi is with the Alternative Disputes Resolution Team of the firm and primarily deals with the Arbitration matters mostly pertaining to telecom, construction, oil & gas, etc sectors. He is an avid reader and writer. He has been published in various books during his college days as a co-author namely “Laws and Concept relating to Mergers and Acquisitions in India” a book chapter published at Satyam law International Publisher and “A Comparative Study on Judicial Review Between India, US and UK”.
Mr. Rohit Kumar Poddar has completed his BALLB (H) from VIPS, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. Mr. Poddar is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and currently practices before the Delhi High Court, District Courts of Delhi and various Tribunals in the Delhi-NCR. He is a member of the Litigation Team at the firm and has experience in civil and criminal matters. He is particularly skilled in environmental and labour matters.
